At Web Store Pty Ltd we take your personal information very seriously and we take steps that the majority of on-line retailers won’t or can’t do. Our system was designed from the ground up with security in mind, we don’t store any of your personal information on our web servers. In fact the only information stored on the database behind the websites is all the product information which is already publicly available from the website.

We can do this because all the sensitive information is downloaded to a fire walled server that doesn’t have any outbound connections to the internet. Almost no one is safe from hackers even largest companies such as Adobe, Microsoft, Facebook, etc have been hacked and had huge amounts of people’s personal information stolen. We can prevent this by not storing any sensitive information on-line and we can only do this because we have built our own offline database system which uploads only the information that is to be shown on the website. The same offline database downloads and deletes all your personal information including credit card details from behind a firewall.

Best of all to make sure your Credit Card information is 100% safe after we have processed the payment we delete the credit card details from our offline database so there is no way to steal this data as it no longer exists. The majority of websites have to store all your personal information and credit card details on-line as they don’t have a separate system to store and process your orders. Also even if you don’t want to trust us with your credit card information we provide Pay Pal as a payment option.
